Phase 1
- Asbestos removal
- Demolition of 1970s 5 story building.
- Piling Mat construction.
Phase 2
- Vats and historical items were removed, taken apart, labelled and stored accordingly to heritage specifications.
- Temporary works installation.
- Internal Strip out 10 historical building including removing concrete/steel and timber floors and all remaining mechanical and electrical items.
- Ground floor concrete slab removal and reduce dig prior to construction.
